HISTORY: Lori married her husband, Rick, at a young age. The two of them eventually had a son named Carl. They lived as a typical suburban family in King County, Georgia. On Sundays, she made pancakes, despite the fact that she knew they were awful. Lori was a stay-at-home mother, while Rick was the main financial provider by working for the local Sheriff's department. Over time, their marriage became increasingly strained with Rick distancing himself from her. His unwillingness to talk about his feelings and their problems resulted in fights, where harsh words were spoken by Lori. It had even reached the point where she began to question his love for her and Carl. Lori confided in a friend, Paula, to ease the stress and seek advice.
Days before the apocalypse breaks out, Lori finds out through Shane about Rick's injury, and shares the sad news with Carl. As the apocalypse breaks out, Shane convinces Lori and Carl that Rick is dead, and she and her son pack their things and leave with Shane to head to a safe zone in Atlanta. Shane, Lori, and Carl get caught in a traffic jam on the way and befriend Carol and her family. While stopped outside the city, Lori and Shane watch in horror as Atlanta is bombed by napalm helicopters. As time progresses, Lori becomes extremely vulnerable and, believing Rick to be dead, begins a sexual relationship with Shane.
Once Rick returned alive she ended her relationship with Shane, only to find out she was pregnant. When they arrived at the Greene farm Lori tried her best with helping out. Her and Rick were having rough patches on the farm, which only worsened when he ended up killing Shane with Carl's help. After finding the prison Lori just wants to have her child and repair her marriage with Rick and be a better mother to Carl.

It had been a moth, one month that his world had changed again forever, and James knew this time it was for the worst. His wound was healed but he still experienced sharp pains when he twisted the wrong way or drank too much. But he was not worried about the latter. Sitting at a table in the corner of the tavern, the dim lights were enough to take everything in. There was one large window, but today the sun was covered by grey clouds so it barely poked through.
James's eyes took in much, from the drunk on the floor to a small woman stepping over him before heading to the bar. James was in the far corner his gaze focused on the woman now. Taking a sip from his mug he watched as Dirty Phil, the bartender tried to "woo" the young woman in the worst of ways. His mouth turned up into a half smile when her drink spilled, it quickly disappeared though when Phil turned back around to address the woman. "You stupid wench, look what you did!" he yelled, half the tavern had heard but quick glances over their shoulders and that was it. But James knew about Dirty Phil's temper, he had been coming here for some time now and had seen the man in action.
Pushing his chair back he weaved slowly through the tables of card players, wenches, and drunks towards the bar. Coming up beside the woman James leaned onto the bar with his elbows "one rum Phil" he asked his eyes glancing to the woman quickly before returning to Phil who was still fuming "ya, ya Norrington, after I deal here with this one" he gestured with his head towards the woman. James shook his head and scoffed "just forget it Phil, you get drinks spilled on you all the time, part of the occupation isn't it?" he asked.
Phil gave a frustrated sigh before pouring James a rum then sliding it towards him "here, and ya comes with the job, now get lost" he said before walking down to the other end of the bar to serve some men calling. James smirked before downing the rum. He turned to go back to his table and finished the ale.
