Significant Other: None (Surprisingly) Home Town: Seattle Washington How Many Walkers Have You Killed?: I stopped counting ages ago... How Many People?: ....And I suppose you want me to hang a noose around my neck too, huh?
Mel scanned the horizon, lifting her hand touching the sun with her fingertips. In the distance a faint outline of a bell tower stood high, it looked as if it hadn't been touched by anything but natures tears in a very long time. It was still a ways far so she kept moving, making it back before dark was a high priority at this point. Everyone knew it was dangerous to be out after nightfall. The dead became more restless at night, and with winter thawing it was more the menacing.
But by now the sun was high and beaming down on her frame. It looked nothing more than a bright orb, shining radiantly in glorious Georgia skies. It was probably no later than noon, she'd have a few hours to get in and get out. Even so, searching a town on her own wasn't the easiest task. The risk was elevated that she'd run into infected or other 'living' beings. The town could be overran or have hostile occupants within it's walls. The sooner she got what she needed and left, the better.
Melody just hoped she'd make it back to terminus, alive...
